LGBTQ Film Festival Wraps Up Sunday in Palm Springs

Dubbed "Cinema Diverse 2015," the event is produced by the Palm Springs Cultural Center and highlights films produced by and for LGBTQ.

The four-day LGBTQ Film Festival wraps up Sunday with another full day of screenings.

Dubbed “Cinema Diverse 2015,” the event is produced by the Palm Springs Cultural Center and highlights films produced by and for the LGBTQ community.

“We are very excited to have been able to continue to grow the festival and to increase our total number of screenings again this year,” said Michael C. Green, the festival director.

Screenings begin at 11 a.m. Sybdat at Camelot Theatres, 2300 E. Baristo Rd.

The showings are followed by after parties at local establishments, including Appetito, The Purple Room, Tropicale and Lulu California Bistro.
