Museum Introduces "Grandparents' Morning at the Museum"
Figure out the exhibits before you have your grandchildren in tow.

Children’s Discovery Museum of the Desert is excited to host a new program, “Grandparents’ Morning at the Museum,” that allows grandparents to tour the Museum and plan for a future visit with their grandchildren. The program is free and will include sessions on November 4th, December 2nd and January 6th from 9 to 10 a.m.
Attendees are invited to start their experience with complimentary coffee and pastries as they tour and learn more about the interactive exhibits and educational programs offered at the Museum. Each session introduces grandparents to special activities, such as Mark Making Machines, Hoop Gliders and Arrow Straws, so they can in turn do the activities with their grandchildren at home. This program provides grandparents with multiple ways to get kids out from behind their computer and phone screens and involved with captivating and engaging activities.
