• California State University to Pay $12 Million to Settle Sex Discrimination Lawsuit (lawyersandsettlements.com) — A former associate dean from CSU San Bernardino's Palm Desert campus is one of two women receiving part of a $12 million settlement after alleging systemic sex discrimination in the CSU system. Their case highlights how California's Fair Employment and Housing Act and Equal Pay Act work together to address unequal pay, harassment, and retaliation in public universities statewide.
