PALM SPRINGS, CA - Tickets for this fall's preview of 2017 Modernism Week in Palm Springs will go on sale Monday, event organizers announced Tuesday.
The fall preview, scheduled for Oct. 21-23, "is a wonderful opportunity for attendees to get a taste of what our 11-day festival in February will offer," said Lisa Vossler Smith, Modernism Week's executive director.
The preview event will include walking and bus tours highlighting Palm Springs homes and architecture, including a docent-led tour of Frank Sinatra's "Twin Palms" estate and architect Albert Frey's second home in the city, which overlooks the Coachella Valley from its location part way up the San Jacinto Mountains.
