Pet of the Week: "Ziva"

Ziva is the longest doggie resident of the shelter. She deserves a home to call her own!

“Ziva”

#A112055

Ziva is a one year old chihuahua mix who was caught on University Ave. in Palo Alto on July 25th. We needed a net to catch her so she was understandably pretty traumatized by it all.

Ziva is very shy, but is improving with every day she’s with us. Thankfully our volunteers are working with her and she’s starting to enjoy that attention. She is sweet, calm and gentle.

We are looking for an all adult home. She’d be a good choice for a family looking to own their first dog, but only older children, 12 years of age and older, at this time. If your children are younger we would be willing to see how she does with them. If you’d like to meet Ziva please come to Palo Alto Animal Services at 3281 E. Bayshore Rd, Palo Alto. (650) 496-5971
