Cheerful Transformation of East Palo Alto School

Once dull walls are now splashed with color, transforming the learning environment of children.

Colorful murals are transforming plain walls at Los Robles Magnet Academy in East Palo Alto.

Palo Alto artist Florence de Bretagne spends her Saturdays creating a cheerful learning environment. She is painting six murals in all. “This is a terrific project that brings a new outlook to the children,” said Florence. “With all the help from the community we will truly brighten the school and leave a long lasting impression.”

Helping Bretagne are Los Robles parents and kids, along with the lawyers and staff of Kilpatrick & Townsend Law Firm.
