The “Beyond Tolerance” workshop, takes place Sunday, May 15, at the Palo Alto Family YMCA located at 3412 Ross Road in Palo Alto from 2 - 5 p.m. Rev. Bruce Bramlett, an Episcopal priest and Holocaust educator, will facilitate a discussion with group exercises about recognizing personal biases within yourself and among others. Everyone is welcome to the free event, but registration is required.
In both small and large group discussions, participants will share their realizations and reactions in response to facilitated exercises while engaging in peaceful, meaningful dialog with others who are culturally different.
