"Cavity Nesting Birds: One Person Can Make a Difference" with Steve Simmons

For more than 35 years, Steve Simmons has been banding a variety of species of local birds (such as Barn Owls, Wood Ducks and American Kestrels) and installing and monitoring nest boxes in the Merced area.

He will tell stories of his experiences and bring insights about the importance of bird banding.
