Apple moved their Palo Alto store a few blocks down University last November. This leaves their previous store vacant. What do you think should go in this vacant space?
This building is located at 451 University Ave. Back in the 60’s it was originally occupied by Swain’s House of Music which supposedly had ties to the Grateful Dead. The Swain family continues to own the building.
According to the broker's website, they're asking $47K per month for this 6800 square foot space.
