Ciné-Monde: Independent American Cinema at the Peninsula Center Library
Rolling Hills Estates, CA –Join us for PVLD’s Ciné-Monde, a film series featuring notable films from around the globe, independent American cinema and documentaries. Our next film showing will be at 5:30pm, Thursday, April 12 in the Peninsula Center Library Community Room. This event is free and open to the public. Following the film, there may be a brief discussion facilitated by the coordinator of the series.
About the film: Drama about a son’s attempt to connect with the memories of his deceased father as he tries to maneuver through his own romantic life. Full of whimsy and emotional heft, this is a heartfelt movie with a message that it’s never too late to start living your life the way you want to live it.
