Man Killed In Drive-By Shooting On Pacific Coast Highway

Police are seeking the public's help for more information after a 19-year-old man was killed in a drive-by shooting on PCH.

WILMINGTON, CA — Los Angeles police were asking for public help to identify the gunman who killed a 19-year-old man on Pacific Coast Highway in Wilmington Sunday during a drive-by shooting.

Daniel Felipe Delgado was shot at about 1:45 a.m. on PCH near Drumm Avenue, the LAPD reported.

Delgado was driving eastbound on PCH when another car pulled up and someone in it fired several rounds, the LAPD said.

Delgado was transported to a hospital, where he later died, the LAPD said.

A motive for the shooting was unknown and suspect descriptions were not available, police said.

Police did describe the suspect's car as silver-colored.
