Voting Center Information For Palos Verdes

The PVHS campus has been selected as a voting center by the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk's office for the upcoming election on March 3, 2020.

Voters who reside anywhere in Los Angeles County will have the opportunity to drop off mail ballots or vote using voting machines beginning on Saturday, February 29 through Tuesday, March 3 at this location. The location on campus will be the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). Voting hours are:

Saturday, February 29: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sunday, March 1: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Monday, March 2: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday, March 3: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm

I am sharing this information in anticipation of increased vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the school. In addition to voters visiting the campus, poll workers will also be present to facilitate the voting process. Additionally, on Monday 3/2 and Tuesday 3/3 students and staff will not be allowed to park along the Cloyden Road entrance/driveway so that voters can park. Please see the map below with the highlighted areas indicating the impacted areas.

School district staff has been working with county representatives to address all issues associated with this event at our campus. Our priority is the safety and well-being of students and staff. Please plan accordingly to allow additional time for parking, pick up, and drop off due to increased traffic and activity near the school during this time.
