• Kaiser announces another round of job cuts affecting 147 California employees (wheninyourstate.com) — Kaiser Permanente plans to cut at least 20 administrative jobs at its South Oakland Avenue office in Pasadena, with additional smaller reductions at other local sites, all effective November 20. While Kaiser says patient care will not be affected, these layoffs hit the organization's Southern California headquarters city and come as part of a broader 147-position reduction across six California counties.
