1 Found Dead In Car That Rolled Over East Of Petaluma

The Sonoma County coroner's office has been called to the scene today.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating a fatality that stemmed from a crash east of Petaluma today.

Around 11:15 a.m., officers were notified of vehicle that rolled over and landed on its wheels on Adobe and Frates roads near the Adobe Creek Golf Club, CHP officials said.

Arriving officers found a person deceased in a gray sedan, according to the CHP.

The vehicle was on the shoulder and the roadway was not blocked, CHP officials said.
