Alleged Rohnert Park Pipe Bomb Maker Due In Court
A Rohnert Park man will be arraigned in Sonoma County Superior Court Tuesday afternoon for possession of two destructive devices.

ROHNERT PARK - A Rohnert Park man will be arraigned in Sonoma County Superior Court Tuesday afternoon for possession of two destructive devices.
Michael Digesti, 33, was arrested Saturday after two pipe bombs were found in an apartment around 5:10 p.m. during a Sonoma County Probation Department search, police Cmdr. Pat Strouse said.

Officers evacuated the occupants of the apartment and surrounding apartments, Strouse said.
The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office's bomb squad removed the devices.

Digesti admitted making the devices for fun, Strouse said.
Digesti was booked in the Sonoma County Jail for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a destructive device.
