Marin Reports 199 Confirmed Breakthrough Cases
- Just four of those have led to hospitalized and none have died, county officials said.
- The county plans to construct a new County Government Center and the Board of Supervisors is set to discuss locations for the project.

- Keilah Marie Coyle, 22 of Novato, was released to a residential treatment facility.
- The suspects were arrested in connection with a shooting in San Rafael Thursday morning according to police.
- Westbound lanes will be closed the first night and all eastbound lanes will be closed the second night.
