DUI Suspected In Petaluma Rollover Crash
BREAKING: The driver, a 25-year-old Petaluma resident, was found to be on probation for a prior DUI offense in Marin County, police said.

PETALUMA, CA — Police suspect a Petaluma man was driving under the influence of alcohol in a single-vehicle rollover crash Saturday night at E. Washington and Copeland streets in Petaluma. Daniel Hernandez, 25, was found trapped inside his pickup truck when officers responded at about 9:30 p.m. to the intersection.
The small pickup truck driven by Hernandez had rolled onto its roof and off the roadway, hitting a traffic sign before coming to rest next to a power pole, police said.
Personnel from the Petaluma Fire Department responded and freed Hernandez from the wreckage. Uninjured, Hernandez was promptly interviewed by officers and allegedly exhibited symptoms consistent with being under the influence of alcohol.
