Rev up and round out your workout. Start with a 20 minute cardio burst, add in 20 minutes of resistance work, and follow with 20 minutes of core strengthening and deep stretching. A full body workout utilizing all the major muscle groups. Good for all levels of fitness with options demonstrated.
