See what has been called the largest, most colorful parade of its kind in Northern California as it winds its way through Historic Downtown heading south on Petaluma Boulevard. Parade steps off at about 1 p.m. This year's Grand Marshall is Gen. Richard D. Hearney USMC (Ret.) born in Petaluma and a Petaluma High School graduate.
