Once a year, Mingtong teaches the advanced forms of this practice, presenting a powerful discipline that activates the release of stress and pain caused by blocked energy. This weekend is designed to activate the powerful unity of mind and body while it guides you to experience deep somatic bliss and clarity.

How is this workshop unique?

  • Engage advanced energetics and practices: SBM, Crane’s neck (CN), Bending spines (BS), Hip rotation (HR), Wallsquatt (WS) and Standing meditation (SM). Intensive practice as an opportunity to challenge yourself to increase inner strength, endurance and flexibility.
  • Receive advanced teachings of the energetic opening of the Governor channel and its Palaces to prepare for opening of theMicrocosmic Orbit.
  • Apply the deep energetics to your basic practice to prepare for Awaken The Dragon Within Practice level 2 next year;
  • Learn the 3 stages of all basic practice - introduced for the first time!

Who can benefit from this practice?

  • If you have practiced the basic practice of WHQ regularly
  • If you have practiced other disciplines like Yoga, Tai chi or Martial arts
  • If you want to develop inner strength, flexibility and energy through a physical discipline
  • If you wish to strengthen the harmonic linkage of your body and mind
  • It is beneficial for all ages, especially recommended for those between 20-60.
  • It is most beneficial if you have a strong will to work through your physical challenges. (It is strongly encouraged to focus on gentle movements like LCUPCD if your body is still in very weak condition.)
