BodyWorks Yoga Retreat at Westerbeke Ranch

BodyWorks Yoga has been enjoying a weekend at Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma once a year now for the past 7 years. We love it!!

We appreciate the close proximity of such a lovely, serene, environment to come together for yoga, good food, good company and relaxation. We always have a theme to work with which supports the rejuvenation, healing and transformation we receive and bring back home.

There are beautiful gardens, a labyrinth, a pool, a hot tub, hiking areas and, if you want a massage while on retreat, you can schedule one with Westerbeke in advance.
