Movement for Freedom Workshop

In this workshop, you will be introduced to techniques that will help you experience a deeper state of mental, physical and emotional awareness. Using movement exercises from Trager®, yoga, aikido, dance, qigong and related disciplines, you will learn to increase the energy flow in your body, and move with a feeling of greater freedom and ease. Easy breathing exercises and self-massage will help the functioning of your internal organs and immune systems. As we become more deeply in touch, we will obtain greater awareness of how we move habitually, and how we can replace less effective habits with ones that both feel better and prevent wear and tear on muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons.
