Vallejo Man Killed In Head-On, Lakeville Highway Crash
A couple and their son, in the other vehicle involved, were taken to the hospital for injuries, officials said.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA – A 29-year-old Vallejo man died when his 2003 Mercedes-Benz crossed over double yellow lines on Lakeville Highway east of Petaluma and collided head-on with a Toyota Tundra this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The Mercedes was traveling north on Lakeville Highway south of Old Lakeville No. 2 Road when it collided with the southbound 2008 Toyota Tundra around 10:10 a.m., CHP Officer Custodio Lopez said.
The Mercedes driver died at the scene.

A man, woman and their son from Santa Rosa who were in the Toyota suffered injuries that are not life-threatening, and they were taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, Lopez said.
The collision closed Lakeville Highway until 1:40 p.m., Lopez said

The California Highway Patrol is reporting a fatal collision on Lakeville Highway in Sonoma County this morning.
The 10:10 a.m. head-on collision involved a red Toyota Tundra and a black sedan, according to the CHP.
The collision occurred just south of Old Lakeville Highway #2 east of Petaluma. Both sides of the highway were shut down.
