Get In Shape For Women Debuts in Petaluma

(Petaluma, Calif.)---Get In Shape For Women, a women’s fitness chain that offers small group personal training, will open its third location in the greater San Francisco area in January 2014 at 615A East Washington Street in Petaluma, Calif. At the helm is the company’s founder, Brian Cook, who recently moved to the area from Boston to expand the concept on the West Coast.

“I founded the company out of the Boston area and since opening our first location in Bedford, Mass. in May 2006, our presence on the East Coast has grown significantly,” said Cook. “I decided the best way to duplicate that growth on the West Coast was to relocate and open a second office in this largely untapped market for us. We are so excited to open in Petaluma and start helping women in the area transform their bodies and lives.”

Get In Shape For Women empowers women through body transformation in a small group personal training environment where a dedicated trainer works with one to four women at a time. The company’s body transformation program—a unique combination of weight training, cardio, supportive nutrition and accountability—is scientifically proven to work.
