Kenilworth JHS Band Performs National Anthem for Oakland Athletics
The Kenilworth Junior High School Band will perform the National Anthem for the Oakland Athletics baseball game on Friday, April 10, 2015.
Band students from Kenilworth Junior High School will perform the National Anthem for the Oakland Athletics game against the Seattle Mariners on Friday, April 10, 2015. This will be the band’s first ever performance for the Oakland A’s.
The Kenilworth Band is comprised of one hundred seventh and eighth grade students under the musical direction of Kevin Klemenok, a long time Petaluma resident. They were selected after submitting an audition tape earlier in the year. The Kenilworth JHS Band is no stranger to national baseball performances, having performed the National Anthem for the San Francisco Giants several times in the past ten years.
