Photographic Travels
Beyond the Basics

In today’s digital world photography has become more democratic than ever. From the ease of the iphone to the complexity of high end digital cameras people are taking pictures more than ever. There is so much more to making successful photographs than simply pointing your camera and snapping away. Participants will learn skills and craft applicable to traditional, as well as, digital photography in its rapidly changing forms. This grounding in the technical aspects of making photographs opens the opportunity to fully explore the art of photography. We will have demonstrations and discuss other photographers’ work, along with weekly assignments and critiques. Your photography will evolve to another level, furthering your enjoyment and mastery of this great medium.
Dates: Weds., March 11 - April 15, 2015. 6:00 - 8:30 PM.
