Around 12:05 a.m. Sunday, the Petaluma Police Department received a report that a man pointed a gun at multiple people on Kentucky Street. The caller provided a detailed description of the armed man and officers responded to the 100 block of Kentucky Street and contacted George Ruiz, who matched the description, Acting Petaluma police Sgt.
