Man With Knife Robs Woman Jogging With Baby In Stroller In Rohnert Park
She gave him $14, then kicked him in the groin, police said.

A woman who was jogging with a baby in a stroller Tuesday evening was robbed by a man with a knife, according to the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety.
Officers responded at 6:35 p.m. to the robbery in the 5000 block of Evonne Avenue in northeast Rohnert Park.

The woman said she was jogging on Hinebaugh Creek Path around 6 p.m. when a man with a knife approached her and said “Give me what’s important to you,” public safety officers said. When the women gave the man the $14 she had, he grabbed her wrist and tried to pull her.

When the woman kicked the man in the groin area, he fled without looking back, according to public safety officers. The suspect was described as a black man between 35 and 40 years old, around 6 feet 4 inches with a heavy build and short hair. He was wearing a blue shirt and dark jeans and had a gold hoop in his right ear, officers said.
