New Pilates Studio Opens In Petaluma

PETALUMA, CA – Club Pilates, a nationwide franchise that opened its doors in July in Petaluma, now is planning a grand-opening celebration for this weekend, Sept. 14-16, with free classes, raffles, a retail sale and a "Pinot and Pilates" event.

The new studio, at 289 N. McDowell Blvd., offers, to members of all ages and fitness levels, full-body workouts to improve posture, balance, flexibility and strength.

To celebrate its launch, Club Pilates Petaluma East is hosting offering free, introductory classes all weekend, demos, raffles, including a drawing for a three-month unlimited membership, and 25-percent off retail items, along with a "Pinot and Pilates" open house on Friday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Club Pilates Petaluma East members can select from four class levels and eight "signature" group classes that utilize a variety of equipment, including Reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, Trigger Point, springboard and Barre.

The Petaluma East location is owned by local entrepreneur and Bay Area resident, Lois Campton, who was laid off after a lengthy career in the technology industry and opted to open a business that fit her fitness passion.
