New Sonoma County Superior Court Executive Officer Named

Jose Octavio Guillen, who currently holds the position, is retiring.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA — Arlene Junior is the new Sonoma County Superior Court Executive Officer effective Oct. 2, presiding Judge Raima Ballinger announced Tuesday. Junior worked for the Alameda County Superior Court for the past three years as the Civil Division Director.

She was previously the Deputy Clerk of the Court directing daily operations for five trial level civil courts in the third largest county in Texas.

Junior has 20 years of administrative management experience in the private and public sectors, including a long tenure in private law firm information services and management.

She has a bachelor's degree in international relations from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
