Noted Children's Author to Appear in Petaluma

A noted children's author will be in Petaluma today.

Patricia Polacco will attend a “meet and greet" at Copperfield's Books at 12:30 p.m.

Polacco's appearance will support her new book, The Blessing Cup.

The Blessing Cup is a prequel to Polacco's The Keeping Quilt, an autobiographical bestseller published in 1988. Her works documents the generational struggles and joys her tightly-knit Jewish family that lived under Czarist Russia has experienced and shared in Eastern Europe and the United States.
