Petaluma Man Arrested In High-Speed Chase
BREAKING: A 19-year-old Petaluma man is accused of reckless driving and evading police.

PETALUMA, CA — Petaluma police arrested a man on suspicion of reckless driving and evading police after a pursuit late Sunday night. Officers saw James Irving, 19, of Petaluma speeding and driving recklessly in the area of Petaluma Boulevard North and Skillman Lane around 10:40 p.m., police said.
Irving fled an attempted traffic stop on Skillman Lane and drove west at 60 mph through a three-way stop at Marshall Avenue. He then passed another motorist at 80 mph until officers made a high-risk traffic stop at
Skillman and Thomson lanes, police said.
Irving was booked into Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of reckless driving and evading police.
