Petaluma Surveys Residents About Experiences With Police, City

The city of Petaluma asks community members to share their thoughts on inclusivity by taking an online survey.

PETALUMA, CA — The city of Petaluma has posted an online survey and would like to hear from residents and other community members about their experiences with the Petaluma Police Department and the city itself.

"To succeed as a prosperous, healthy, and equitable community, it is essential that our City embrace and model diversity, equity, and inclusion in our policies, programs, and services," city officials said Friday.

"To this end, we would like to know your experiences with the City of Petaluma and our Police Department and, specifically, what actions we can take to advance racial equity and inclusion within our City."
