Tribute to Johnny Cash, Afternoon on the Farm and More Fun This Weekend

Check out what's happening Friday, Saturday and Sunday around Petaluma

If you're a Johnny Cash fan, head to the Mystic Theater on Friday to hear Cash'd Out, a cover band playing Cash's biggest hits. Dance, sing along and have a great time. Doors open 7:30. $16/general admission.

Want something more mellow? Experience a readers’ theater, where the audience is asked to rely on their own imaginations as the actors read the script. In Petaluma Readers Theater's latest production, The Invisible Sham, a mad scientist’s experiment goes horribly wrong and he is compelled to lure his niece, Prunella, to the mansion. What will she find when she arrives, what dangers await her? Friday 8pm. $12/general admission at the Petaluma Arts Center.

On Saturday, get a sneak peak at the future Paula Lane Nature Preserve, off Bodega Avenue. Learn about plans for open space project, public access trail, wildlife and habitat. Space is limited and  reservations are required. Call 773-3215 or email info@paulalaneactionnetwork.org for more information.
