Recognize Him? He Is Suspected Of Swiping 2 TVs From Area Kmart

The getaway car was a blue minivan, the Petaluma Police Department said. [Breaking]

PETALUMA, CA – Police are asking for the public's assistance after a man was seen on surveillance video taking televisions from a Petaluma store earlier this week, police said this morning.

On Monday, at 11:52 a.m., officers received a report of a burglary that occurred at a Kmart store, located at 261 N. McDowell Boulevard, according to police.

Store employees told officers a male suspect had taken two televisions, before exiting the store through a rear door. The suspect then got into an awaiting blue minivan, which had been parked behind the business, police said.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic or white man, wearing a red hat, a white long sleeve shirt with black writing, black pants and black and white shoes, according to police.
