Deputies Lift Shelter-Indoors Alert In Forestville

Locals in the Green Valley Road area were advised to stay inside due to law enforcement activity.

FORESTVILLE, CA – The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office shortly before 7 p.m. today lifted its shelter-in-place order for some residents of Forestville saying the law enforcement issue was "resolved."

"Residents may return to the area," deputies said, but provided no additional details.

Deputies earlier in the evening were attempting to contact a wanted subject, who was in a home on the 13000 block of Green Valley Road.
