Terry Wiley joined the office in 1989 and has tried challenging felony cases including the case of three Oakland Police Officers known as “the Riders.” He has served on the board of the National Black Prosecutors Association, the National Bar Association, the Board of the California District Attorneys Association, and worked with the National District Attorneys Association.
