The Business Administration Scale (BAS) is a simple tool to help family child care providers assess different aspects of their business such as work environment, communication, and finances. At this workshop we will focus on marketing practices and you will get an overview of how the BAS works and how you can use it in your program. We’ll also talk about how to take actions toward positive change. All participants will receive a free BAS book to take home.
