Man Shot Early This Morning in Oakland in Stable Condition
Police officials did not have any information on suspects or a motive for the shooting.

A man who was shot early this morning in Oakland is in stable condition, police said. Officers responded around 2:30 a.m. to a report of a shooting between the 2100 block and the 2300 block of Foothill Boulevard, Oakland police Officer J. Moore said.
The man was shot outside while he was walking, Moore said. He was transported to the hospital with a gunshot wound but Moore said he was in stable condition.
Moore said he did not have any information on suspects or a motive for the shooting. No further information was immediately available.
