Sunday Early In-Person Voting and Drop-Off Boxes for Mail-in Ballots

You can vote in person today, Sunday or next weekend. If you have a mail-in ballot, here's a list of drop-off boxes.

You can vote early in person today Sunday and next weekend at the Alameda County Registrar of Voters 1225 Fallon St. 9-3 pm and weekdays 830 to 5pm. (510) 272-6973 for more info or online at http://www.acgov.org/rov/

Doesn't matter whether you're a mail-in voter or not.

If you are a mail-in voter and want to vote in person, bringing your mail-in ballot makes it easier. You can use a voting machine or drop your ballot off there. If you're registered as No Party Preference, mail-in or not, ask for a "cross-over" presidential ballot in person.

DROP-OFF BOXES for signed mail-in ballots 24X7

If you are a registered voter in Alameda County you can use any of these boxes:

If you do mail in your ballot:

Don't spend much time getting postage when you could be studying the ballot and researching the candidates at www.VotersEdge.org

  • If you have three first class stamps, stick them on your ballot. Sign the envelope, and place in mailbox. You'll be overpaying.
  • If you only have one or two first class stamps, stick them on your ballot. Sign the envelope, and place in mailbox. Your postage will be insufficient but the Post Office will deliver your ballot without delay. The Registrar will be billed for the difference.
  • if you don't have any stamps, just sign the envelope, and place in mailbox. The Post Office will deliver your ballot without delay. The Registrar will be billed for the full postage due.
  • SIGN THE ENVELOPE
