The FOOD PROGRAM doesn’t require any income guidelines; if you are in need, the workers will take your word for it. Your animals do not have to be fixed prior to coming into the program. However, they do have to be altered within three months of being in the program and receiving food, according to the group. Fill out the application on line ahead of time or at the distribution.
