Pinole Valley Boys and Girls Basketball Teams to Play Tuesday in North Coast Section Playoffs

Announcement information submitted by Pinole Valley High:

Pinole Valley is thrilled to have both the boys and girls basketball team earn post-season berths for the North Coast Section playoffs that begin Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m.

The Lady Spartans earned a number five seed and will host Northgate of Walnut Creek at Pinole Middle School for the right to be the best in Division II. The boys get a 13-seed and go on the road playing at Las Lomas of Walnut Creek at the same time. So anyone wanting to see Spartan playoff hoops will have to choose.

Pinole Valley and Kennedy are the only two teams in the District to have both boys and girls teams qualify. Choose your favorite Spartan squad to support Tuesday night.
