The Great Escape: It's Scrap-tastic
Zone out and frame your photos while creating valuable family keepsakes.

It’s your time. Take it. Each week, we’ll tell you about one great idea to give you a much deserved break, and make your life a little easier, maybe a whole lot easier.
Everyone needs an outlet; a distraction, a way to get out of his or her own head. Do you dream about household chores? Last night I had a dream I could not get a gooey Cheerio out of the carpet. That is not a quality dream, moms, that is nature’s way of saying: You need a hobby!
Enter scrapping. Although most wordsmiths bristle at the noun “scrapbook” becoming a verb, “to scrapbook,” many mothers derive a lot of enjoyment out of creating keepsake albums of their photographs. A baby book becomes a lot more interesting when you can gather with other moms and have fun in the process of cropping, designing, sorting and framing treasures of little Jacob or Isabella’s childhood.
