Whiz Kids: All Stars Softball Team
These are the players of the Pinole Hercules Little League softball, 9- and 10-year-old girls division. Team name, the Bears.
Name(s): Pinole Hercules All Star Team, the Bears. Amber Holland, Jessica Nunes, Liliana Campos, Lydia Quiros, Anikka Richardson, Andrea Siverson, Caitlin Schilt, Mikaela Cantiller, Kaylynn Parker, (front) Shania Richardson. Ages: 9-10 years
Accomplishments: This team won the championship, taking the District 4 title for the second year in a row. This year they were undefeated in this first level of double-elimination All Stars. They are moving on to California Division 2 round of the All-Stars tournament. Their first game is on Sunday, July 17, at 3 p.m. on the Ellerhorst softball field.
