Foothill Varsity Girls Tennis Team Takes Championship Title

A huge applause for the Foothill Varsity Girls Tennis team as they wrap up a victorious season.

Led by head coach Kendra Zierau and assistant coach Yvonne Hoppe, the Varsity Girls Tennis team won this year's East Bay Athletic League championship title after playing 14 league matches.  

They went on to compete in the North Coast Section, finishing in the semi-finals after playing against powerhouses in Northern California.  During the season, the team also participated in the Logan High School Tennis Tournament and took home the first place title.

Throughout the season the team displayed tremendous mental and physical determination, outplaying tough opponents.
