Foothill coach Dusty Collins said it was a team effort that got the win.
"The first (set) I thought we played error free volleyball and that set the tone for us," Collins said. "I thought we played really well throughout the match."

Collins credited John Harold and Pat Berrigan on leading the team through the first set, in which they beat San Ramon 25-9.
"Both of them continued (their good play) throughout the game," he said.
Berrigan finished with six kills.
"We were just passing well and that opens up our hitters," Berrigan said. "We hit around them pretty well."
Berrigan said an Ariel Sciammas pass early in the first set put the Falcons on the right track.
"You could put it on a dime," Berrigan said. "That was a perfect pass and that set our momentum for the rest of the game."
Harold had five kills and one ace while Nick Csongor had 23 assists and two blocks.
Foothill will host Amador Valley Tuesday at 6 p.m.
