City Council to Discuss Approval of Four-Lot Home Project by Foothill High School
The project is a reduction of a previously proposed plan for six lots at the 29.8 acres property.
The city council will discuss approval for a development plan modification for a four-lot, 29.8 acres project near Foothill High School.
The project, submitted by Dr. William and Lydia Lee, will allow for homes that are 8,500 square feet plus up to an additional 700 square feet for a garage. The buildings can be as high as 40 feet, or four floors.
The project is a reduction from a six-lot development plan previously proposed. The city council will discuss the plan after a unanimous approval from the planning commission on April 28.
