Don't Miss These Events at the Alameda County Fair This Week
Learn more about 4th of July fireworks, concert performers, discounts and activities planned for fairgoers.
Pleasanton, CA— This week is the last week of Alameda County Fair 2016 in Pleasanton. The fair opened June 15 and runs through July 4. Have you been by yet?
Here are just a few of the events coming up to help you plan your trip to the fair:
- Tuesday, June 28: $2 admission, military appreciation discount day, motocross, Journey Revisited
- Wednesday, June 29: $1 rides, Drop Zone Drive (bring any 2 items from the list between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and receive one free General Admission), BJ Thomas performs
- Thursday, June 30: Free admission for seniors, Demolition Derby, $10,000 Putting Contest, Kool and the Gang
- Friday, July 1: Free admission for kids, Diaper Derby, Chinese Acrobats of Hebei, Expose performs
- Saturday, July 2: Red, White and Brew Fest, horse racing, motocross, concert by The Guess Who
- Sunday, July 3: Crystal Gayle, motocross, horse racing, RV Demolition Derby
- Monday, July 4: Last day of 2016 fair, 4th of July fireworks, horse racing, Red, White and Blues Festival, $10,000 Putting Contest
