Immense Success of Young Genius Students

This past weekend 1,513 students from 74 California schools competed at the Santa Clara University High School Tournament for 3 days.

Young Genius students from Saratoga, CA who are at least 1-2 year younger than their competitors won over 60% of their rounds at the SCU Speech and Debate Tournament last weekend, Friday through Sunday, November 20-22, 2015.

Almost all Young Genius students who were competing in speech became semifinalists, many became finalists, and YG even took home first place in Impromptu. In addition, three debate students made it to the finals rounds.
