• Pleasanton council OKs assessment increases for neighborhood landscaping districts (pleasantonweekly.com) — Pleasanton homeowners in the Ponderosa-Del Prado neighborhood will see their annual landscape assessment more than quadruple this fiscal year, following a July 27 City Council vote. Bonde Ranch residents will face new rates that either rise or fall depending on location, as Pleasanton works to stabilize funding for landscaping, irrigation, and neighborhood infrastructure in its five landscape maintenance districts.
